Under the vacation package of your choice locate the name of the hotel/resort and then right click on the hotel/resort.

Select “Menu” then select “EuMelanin Travel Center Policies & Procedures” scroll down to EuMelanin Travel Center Forms then select the form titled “Request a Change” complete the form and then submit it.
